3. Information Sharing
We share information with sellers to fulfill your orders (shipping address, order details), payment processors (Stripe) to process transactions, and service providers who help us operate the platform. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Creator & Seller Data
Creators can see aggregated analytics about their content performance and earnings. Sellers receive order information necessary for fulfillment. Neither party receives the other's personal contact information without consent.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, secure payment processing through Stripe, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can download your data, opt out of marketing communications, and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at privacy@shairme.com.
7. Children's Privacy
Shairme is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users must be 18 or older to make purchases or participate as creators or sellers.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, and the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
